Im new to running
Hello everyone. My name is Karina I live in La, and I'm a 24 years old. I am 5'5 and weigh 150lbs and I'm ready to take on running as a tool to help me get fit and loose weight. I just started running 3 weeks ago 5 days a week in the mornings. I started with half a mile and now running 1.7 miles. I hope to one day run 10 miles a day, and be fit.

Hi there and welcome to the forums! I have no doubt that if you follow a good training routine and are sensible in the way that you approach your training then you will be running 10miles in no time!
