Running recovery food/drink recommendation
Does anyone know of any decent recovery foods or drinks to take after a marathon? I have a pretty tight schedule coming up and I want to make sure that I give myself a fighting change of recovery.
I have heard that chocolate milk after running is a good idea but I went to a Nike spikes event recently and one of the coaches there said that it contains too much fat to be taken regularly after training.

Lots of carbs, some protein, generally no/low fat and fiber. A banana or banana smoothie usually works well. Bread and pasta in some cases. Potatoes.
